carrot cake without cream cheese frosting is just bread. cream cheese frosting without carrot cake is just beaten butter, cream cheese and icing sugar.
but together, my my, what a nice dessert.
lol, something is UP with me. I remembered in class, suddenly, that oh my we only have one cookie left in the fridge, and immediately set the intention to make carrot cake. And now I'm plotting to give it away. Silly humanbean.
