Pulled up at a drive through for a quick fix of ice cream for my sore throat. Trust me, it works. Well, at least for my family it does.
The queue was quite long and by the time I got to the order window (that speaker stand alone thing), I had partially lost my voice so I couldn't speak too loud. Which meant that communication with the counter person was tough. I mean come on, the mic literally grabs every noise, even the sound of the wind. Not helping when you're tired and unwell. I only ordered ice cream though.
Anyways, I drove down to the payment window and by the time I pulled up at the pick up window, the waitress (can we call her that?) was filling up two large cups of carbonated drinks for the next customer, and told me if I could wait. By this time, I already saw my ice cream on the table top. I guess I was not in a rush and she's already half way through to it so I said ok. After filling up the cups, she went to take the covers, put them on. Then she talked to someone; clearly I was invisible to her all the while. And after that she took another two freaking cups to be filled. I mean dude c'mon, I was not your the NEXT customer. Attend to me first lah weh. So I yelled (because I had no voice) and told her to bring the ice cream to me. She looked partially confused and when she handed the ice cream over to me she asked "Shouldn't there be one more ice cream for you?" I said "No. Thank you for the ice cream" and drove off.
I was honestly pissed. First, she didn't even bother to check the order list which was on the computer, on top of the window. It doesn't take a genius to read orders. If you do not know what that computer is for, then you shouldn't be in pick up services. Second, even if I ordered two ice creams, why couldn't she go and make that second bl**dy ice cream for me to complete my order? Was I supposed to be understanding of the fact that she was making another batch for the next order just because she was in the middle of doing the first one?
Seriously, give me a freaking break.

Is this the Bangi drive thru? Their service is notoriously bad. I hope the ice cream helped with your sore throat though!
If it didn't, honey and lemon in warm water makes me feel a bit better. I do not know if it actually clears the sore throat, but I rasa bes and macam orang sakit-- which makes me feel better.
Ughh I no like honey. It taste weird for me :(
Nah, this was the drive thru in Shah Alam.
