slow... poke!

Court system was supposed to be fast and efficient and convenient and all those craps that they tell you on their client's charter. When I did a file search recently, that was not the case. A file search isn't hard. You basically fill up a request form and the court will get back to you a few days later so you can come and read the file. What gets me is that my form was not transferred from the counter to the officer in charge for 5 freakin days! What the heck were they doing over there? I asked the officer to help me but she was like nahhh got something better to do; with stupid excuses like the clerk who was supposed to get the file has gone to the file room lah, she tak sampai hati to ask the clerk to go back to the file room lah. WTF? So dengan I you sampai hatilah? I had to call and call to get update but to no avail. When I finally gave up, I decided that I should write a complaint letter and I did. But even then I had to follow up with my complaint. What the hell??

Another thing happened this morning. I was on the smart tag lane but there's something wrong with the reader. I saw the officer on the other smart tag lane; he was helping another driver whose smart tag had problem too. It took him bloody 5 minutes to finish talking to the driver to come and help me. What the??? He only realized that I was there after two freaking honks! I guess the first one fell on deaf ears kot.

I wish people would be more alert and responsible to their duty. Own up your responsibility man!
