Courier service

It's supposed to help get your stuffs to you. But in my years of dealing with this service, you end up having to either spend whole day waiting at home for that parcel, and in many cases these blerdy despatch guys never turn up, neither would they inform you before that (really hate it when that happens), or you have to go to their god forsaken office to pick up your parcel, which most of the friggin time does not open after office hours or on weekends. What's the point of having "courier" if the item is not couriered to you? Blerdy irritating. And yes, it's the same across the board - Poslaju, GDex, SkyNet etc. You name it.
